Is the Immigrant Investor Programme still open?
No. The Irish Government closed the Immigrant Investor Programme to new applications on 15 February 2023. Existing approved projects and applications submitted before that date continue to be processed.
Can I still apply?
Yes. New applications under pending and approved projects are still accepted under the programme.
Can you advise existing investors?
Yes. We continue to advise existing investors, applicants and project sponsors on immigration matters arising after the closure of the programme.
